The Open Road
The open road is calling again
It is the return of an old friend
The journey is long and the breaks few
With every mile left behind
Comes the opportunity for something new
We roll over pavement, we pass under clouds
The states are blurring past us with the windows down and the music loud
My friend, the open road
It has indeed been to long
Your roads are aching and the body suffocates to breath you in through my lungs
